Just a quick note to let you know that I've updated the gallery with more PC Movie Screencaps! I've only got a few more folders left to sort and edit, so hopefully I can have the rest of the caps up before too long.

I've waited on posting this because I really didn't want to ruin anyone's Christmas if I possibly could help it. But the holidays are now over, and it's time to face the facts.

On Christmas Eve, we received the news that Disney had declined to produce anymore Narnia films, effectively ending the franchise. Walden Media still is committed to the series, and is currently shopping around for a new distributor, but it's still a crushing blow to the series, and to Narnia fans everywhere.

What does this mean? Well, VodT is now on hold indefinitely. One can only hope that a new distributor will have faith in the series and decide to pick up VodT with the intention of not only completing that film, but making the remaining three, but one can only sit back and wait. With the way the economy is, it's not very promising. If Disney, one of the biggest powerhouses in the entertainment industry does not have enough faith to finish what they started, who else will?

Anyway, I will keep you all updated as I learn more. For now, nothing has changed as far as Spareoom.net is concerned. Never fear, I am still dedicated to this site, and I hope to continue it indefinitely, whether any more Narnia films are made or not.

Further up and further in,

~ Lisa

Hello! The Prince Caspian DVD and Blu-Ray were released in the United States today! :) I hope you all picked up your copy! I've posted my own personal review of the DVD and special features, which you can find here.

I hope to have some screencaps up tonight, as well. The caps you'll be getting will be on the small-ish side, and not the best quality out there, since I figured, why spend so much time and effort capping the regular quality DVD, when Blu-Ray caps will always be better? I'm looking into getting perhaps a supplier of high-quality caps or someplace I can link to. Stay tuned! :)

ETA: New caps up! I've got the Blooper Reel and the Deleted Scenes capped for your enjoyment.

Just in time for winter, we have a new layout for Spareoom.net! This particular layout features Mr. Tumnus and Lucy, and it showcases the origin of the site's name, Spareoom. This new layout is a bit more...stark, than I'm used to, but I like it. What do you think?

Anyway, in light of the new layout, the Past and Present Layouts page has been updated.

Enjoy! The Prince Caspian comes out on December 2nd, and you can expect a ton of new stuff immediately following!
